Really? You just walk out on us. Just because we weren't in class for half an hour.
Granted, we Disobeyed you. But were we doing anything forbidden while we were away? Were we committing any shameful crimes? NO. We were in school, watching a performance. Whats more, we were watching a performance by our own classmates. What were we doing you ask? We were being supportive, as you said at the very beginning.
In addition, we DID tell you where we were, we were accountable. We requested time grace to watch the performance, but you rejected it since it was a last minute request, and you had your lesson prepared.
But, seriously? So what you had your lesson prepared. You Never Start EPL Lesson until at leat half an hour into the period. And now you expect us to believe you had your lesson prepared.
Our classmates were having a Performance, and you as a Class Advisor, the Very Least you could do, was to show some support.
Granted, you are a lecturer, and study has to be our top priority. But If we were truly to put studies as our top priority, do you think we would still be in ITE?
You do not understand that this performance could be the highlight of our lives, you do not see the importance of this performance to the performers, and the value of class unity.
You're mad at us, you scold us. To do so, you have to appear in class. But You Weren't.
You left without a word. What are yiu trying to tell us? What signal are you trying to send?
are you trying to tell us that if us students can leave class, you as a teacher can leave as well? Shouldn't you set the example for the class? But you just left us. Are we supposed to learn from you? As a Lecturer, is it part of your job scope to leave class during lessons?
I Beg to differ.
Its not like you didn't know where we were. You saw us. And you looked away from our performance.
When you left, have you thought about the consequences as a lecturer? You are our In Charge for that period of time. IF we were to get into any trouble, who is to be responsible?
You are the CA of IEF, and this is the leadership you are teaching the students?
And if you do not know by now, FIRST RULE OF LEADERSHIP, EVERYTHING IS YOUR FAULT.
You are lucky you have loyal students to stop me from talking to the Director. Your job was on the line.
Think twice, before you use your authority as a Lecturer to be angry. So What if your the adult? You Could be Wrong.
